Some of this I have not finished thinking about.
Disrupt Karma. Restore Dharma.
Essays on trauma, power, spirituality and the systems we survive.

Essays written with veracity, in the middle of things and long after, about moments that hurt, experiences that break and reflections that shape how we think, feel and act in the world.
Some of these essays were written while it was still happening — raw, from the inside, before I understood it. Others came years later, when I could see the shape of it. I have left both.
Because that is how understanding actually works: through feeling first, then thought, then something that resembles growth.
Karma is action and reaction. A loop. Trauma knocks you off your path, and your reaction to it keeps you there — until you break the cycle. That’s what healing is for: not retreat, but the difference between reacting and responding.
The same loop runs through systems. The harm they cause is the harm they’ve absorbed, passed on. Which is why changing them requires people who can act from somewhere steadier than the wound. I don’t always get it right. But I try.
Challenging norms, sparking curiosity, and inspiring the elevation of human consciousness.
